What will you do?

We are looking for a highly skilled Analytics Engineer with strong expertise in data modelling and transformation to design and build the analytical layer that powers dashboards, applications, and strategic business decisions. You will be responsible for transforming heterogeneous raw data into scalable, efficient, and analytics-optimized data models within modern cloud environments

 Responsibilities: 

🔹 Data Modelling 

• Design and build scalable dimensional data models (star schema, analytics optimization).

• Optimize data structures for performance in analytical environments.

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and traceability. 

🔹 Data Transformation & Preparation 

• Explore heterogeneous data sources. 

• Develop data transformation and standardization processes.

• Implement business logic using SQL and Python. 

• Automate transformation workflows to ensure scalability and efficiency. 

🔹 Business Analytics Support 

• Perform ad hoc analysis to support business decision-making. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytical needs. 

• Translate business requirements into technical data solutions. 

🔹 Documentation & Best Practices 

• Document data processes and architecture. 

• Apply modelling and development best practices. 

• Leverage GenAI tools to enhance productivity and code quality.

Tech Stack

 You will work with modern data and analytics technologies, including:

 • ClickHouse, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric (Notebooks, Lakehouses, Warehouses), DBeaver, SQL Server Management Studio, Visual Studio Code, Python, Copilot and other GenAI tools

 • Knowledge of Power BI is a plus 

Qualifications 

• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

 • 5+ years of experience in T-SQL and data modelling.

 • Strong hands-on experience in data transformation. 

• Practical experience using Python for transformations, analytics, and APIs. 

• Experience working with modern cloud data platforms. • Strong analytical mindset with business orientation. • Familiarity with GenAI tools.
