First Party Analyst
We are looking for a Product Analyst to join the Ancillaries team within the Commercial department. The successful candidate will contribute to the analysis, optimization, and evolution of the company’s first-party ancillary product portfolio, helping to drive revenue growth and improve the customer experience.
You will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Revenue Management, and Data Analytics teams, using data, user research, and experimentation to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
What will your day-to-day look like?…
● Analyze complex data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
● Track KPIs and measure the performance of ancillary products and services.
● Create analyses and reports using tools such as Tableau, Excel, and SQL.
● Collaborate with the First Party Ancillaries Manager to identify optimization and growth opportunities.
● Participate in user experience research to identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
● Analyze market and industry trends to support decision-making.
● Improve the presentation and commercialization of ancillary products across digital channels, including both the website and mobile app.
● Participate in A/B testing initiatives to optimize features, product placement, and promotional strategies.
● Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure the efficient and seamless delivery of ancillary products and services.
● Identify areas for improvement in operational processes to enhance the customer experience.
What are we looking for?…
● Between 1 and 2 years of experience in product, business, or data analysis roles.
● Knowledge of Tableau, Excel, and SQL.
● Experience or familiarity with UX Research and A/B testing in digital environments.
● Strong analytical skills, results orientation, and attention to detail.
● Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
● Interest in the airline industry, ecommerce, and digital products.
