What will your day to day look like? 

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager with solid experience in complex technological environments, capable of leading software development initiatives and effectively coordinating multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders. This is a key position to ensure the proper evolution of technological projects, acting as a link between business, architecture, and technical teams, with a clear focus on quality, efficiency, continuous improvement, and alignment with the corporate ecosystem of the automotive sector. 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and coordinate software development projects and other technological initiatives. 

• Translate business needs into clear and structured technical requirements. 

• Coordinate the relationship between business stakeholders, technical teams, and the architecture area. 

• Review and validate the quality of technical deliverables. 

• Facilitate impact analysis, prioritization, and decision-making. 

• Drive project planning, monitoring, and reporting with a focus on quality, timelines, and efficiency. 

• Work within the corporate tools and process ecosystem of the automative sector. 

• Prepare executive reports, presentations, and progress reporting for different levels of stakeholders. 

• Contribute autonomy, critical thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset across all phases of the service. 

Qualifications: 

• Experiencein software or technology projects, used to complex corporate environments and cross-functional coordination. 

• Must be able to validate technical deliverables, translate business needs into precise technical requirements, and have at least 3 years of Agile experience, ideally having held roles such as Technical Lead, Scrum Master, Software Architect, or Product Owner. 

• Strong skills in Jira, Confluence, project reporting tools, and professional Spanish and English are essential. 

• Key competencies include autonomy, analytical thinking, clear communication, collaboration, and strong results and quality orientation.

• Python knowledge, cloud and API concepts (especially Azure)
