What will the day-to-day look like?

-Conceptualize and produce visually powerful, story-driven content using AI tools, motion graphics, and video editing software.

-Edit short-form and long-form video content, integrating motion graphics, sound, and AI-generated visuals into high-impact formats for internal and external campaigns.

-Collaborate with brand, marketing, and innovation teams to translate abstract ideas into cinematic experiences aligned with each airline’s personality.

-Stay on the pulse of visual trends in AI, motion design, and storytelling—bringing bold, experimental energy into every project.

-Build visual prototypes to explore new ways of presenting future travel experiences (e.g., speculative scenarios, mood films, vision decks).

-Work with creative technologists to combine AI content with human post-production and achieve a seamless result.

-Drive the responsible and ethical use of generative tools in visual creation, respecting authorship, diversity, and brand integrity.

-Deliver across multiple formats (vertical, square, cinematic) and channels (social media, internal presentations, campaigns, events).

Skills:

-Strong portfolio of motion graphics and video editing work.

-Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Open AI Sora, Luma, Veo 3, Google Image 4, etc.).

-Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.

-Ability to work independently on briefs from concept to delivery—ideally with experience in speculative or future-focused storytelling.

-Visual thinker with an editorial eye, a sense of timing, and a cinematic approach to imagery.

-Bonus: experience in immersive storytelling (XR, real-time engines, AI voice/video synthesis) or knowledge of creative coding environments.
