Key Responsibilities:

· Accountable for successful delivery of a portfolio of IT projects, ensuring that projects are adequately scoped, planned, monitored and delivered on time, within budget, to requirements, to business case, stakeholder expectations and delivered within the agreed governance framework.

· Responsible for the portfolio management and project delivery of other IT project managers, implementation partners and 3rd party technology resources as required, as Lead IT Project Manager provide direction to IT Project Managers and step in to support as required.

· Manage all mandatory IT Delivery lifecycle processes including Scoping, Solution Design, Integration, IT Testing, Implementation Planning and Service Design. Ensure full compliance to Cyber standards, including IT Security compliance and DPIA and strong project change control.

· Oversee the end-to-end processes for IT implementation and handover to IT Support, following the IT service transition processes e.g. Front Door requests, Service Acceptance Checklist, Change Management, Service Design.

· Co-ordination of the technical design, integration, testing and implementation of new tools and IT solutions. Including the tracking and co-ordination of all vendor and supplier deliveries.

Manage finances, purchase orders and Statements of Work associated with projects.

· Collaborate and co-ordinate people involved in IT project delivery; ensuring clear and appropriate accountabilities and responsibilities for deliverables, build strong virtual teams for each IT Project

· Report on project progress, manage dependencies, risks, issues and initiate corrective action as appropriate with key stakeholders and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders

· Own all project administration and documentation, including plans

Qualifications: & Experience

· A track record (minimum of 10 years) of owning, managing a range of different IT delivery projects

· Proven experience in delivery of IT solutions and tools for at least one of these business areas: HR, Finance, Procurement or Sustainability (e.g. SAP, Workday)

· Experience of the IT project life cycle using Waterfall and Agile methodologies and the complexities of implementing technology improvements alongside people and process chang

· Knowledge of project management tools and systems (e.g. Jira)
