What's the challenge?

● Support the execution of marketing campaigns, partnership initiatives and customer communications related to loyalty programmes.

● Create clear briefings for campaigns, partnerships and email communications.

● Coordinate the implementation of actions with stakeholders and international teams.

● Support customer lifecycle initiatives across different touchpoints.

● Monitor and analyse campaign performance and its impact on loyalty and commercial results.

● Identify insights and opportunities to improve future actions.

What are we looking for?

● A profile with experience in marketing, partnerships, CRM, loyalty or customer communications.

● A hands-on and execution-oriented mindset.

● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

● Basic analytical skills to monitor results and draw conclusions.

● Ability to coordinate with different teams and stakeholders.

● Good communication and presentation skills.

● Professional fluency in English (C1-C2)
