DÍA A DÍA

· Write and refine microcopy across the entire user journey: flight search, booking flows, add-ons (seats, luggage, insurance), payment, and confirmation screens.

· Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, developers, and researchers to ensure content is aligned with user needs and business goals.

· Develop and maintain a consistent tone of voice that reflects our brand and builds trust with customers.

· Translate complex flight-related information into simple, user-friendly language.

· Support A/B testing initiatives to evaluate the performance of different copy variations (e.g., CTA wording, upselling modules, error messages).

· Optimize conversion and user engagement by identifying content improvements in key product touchpoints.

· Create clear, persuasive copy for supporting areas such as landing pages, FAQs, error states, or ancillary product descriptions.

· Contribute to and maintain content guidelines and style documentation.

BACKGROUND

·2+ years of experience as a UX Writer, Copywriter, or Content Designer—ideally in eCommerce or digital products.

·High level of English (C1 or equivalent)

·Strong understanding of UX and conversion optimization principles.

·Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments.

·Familiarity with tools like Figma, Jira, CMS platforms, and A/B testing tools.
