What will the day-to-day look like? 

- Lead the discovery and definition of AI-powered products aligned with business and user needs. 

- Define and manage the product backlog, roadmap, and user stories, aligning with business objectives and user needs. 

- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design intuitive and engaging user experiences. 

- Conduct user research, usability testing, market and competitor analysis to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities. 

- Work closely with AI/ML engineers to translate requirements into scalable and efficient solutions. 

- Participate in team demos and retrospectives, contributing to continuous improvement of processes and ways of working. 

- Monitor product performance, user adoption, and impact using quantitative and qualitative metrics. 

- Continuously test, learn, and iterate on products based on user feedback, data, and market trends. 

Valuable Background: 

- Product Leadership: Proven experience in product management, ideally in AI, digital products, or complex tech environments. 

- AI & Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and Generative AI (prompt engineering, LLMs, etc.), with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. 

- UX/UI Expertise: Experience working with UX/UI teams or background in design, with a strong understanding of usercentered design, usability, and research methodologies. 

- Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe), including backlog management and PI Planning. 

- Stakeholder Influence: Ability to align and manage multiple stakeholders across business, design, and engineering teams.
