What will the day-to-day look like? 

• Support Programme Managers in governance activities, reporting, and decision tracking for airline-related transformation projects. 

• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and PMO best practices. 

• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and workstream leads. 

• Maintain programme documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, roadmaps, status reports, and schedules. 

• Coordinate change control processes to ensure alignment with programme scope, budget, and strategic objectives. 

• Support project teams with tools and collaboration platforms such as JIRA, Confluence, and Mural. 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across business and technology teams. 

• Provide PMO administrative support including POs, travel coordination, onboarding/offboarding, and programme event logistics. 

• Contribute to Data & AI or Digital Transformation initiatives within the aviation/airline environment. 

Valuable Background: 

• 3+ years of experience in PMO or project management roles.

• Experience supporting business transformation or digital projects, ideally within airlines or aviation. 

• Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills. 

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, Mural). 

• PMP certification is a plus.
