What will your day-to-day look like?

· Lead the design and development of automated tools and integrations with systems like GitHub, JIRA, Snyk, SonarCloud, etc.

· Enhance and maintain a centralized Engineering Metrics Platform (AWS + PowerBI-based).

· Build and support APIs, dashboards, and automation solutions to extract and visualize engineering insights.

· Promote best practices, Inner Source, and reusable assets across engineering teams.

· Collaborate with AI Engineering and product teams to drive engineering excellence.

· Enhance CI/CD pipelines with a focus on security, automation, and modern DevSecOps practices.

· Evaluate and integrate SaaS solutions where appropriate.

· Support testing, monitoring, and continuous delivery of solutions.

· Work closely with stakeholders across IAG Tech and the business.

Technical Background:

· Proven experience in cloud engineering with AWS (Azure experience is a plus).

· Strong programming skills, ideally in Python and TypeScript.

· Experience with SaaS platforms, tooling infrastructure, and automation.

· Familiarity with tools like GitHub Actions, SonarCloud, Snyk, PowerBI, JIRA, and Confluence.

· Knowledge of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and “Everything as Code” practices.

· Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.

· Comfortable working in Agile and high-change environments.

· Excellent communication skills with a focus on business value.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
