AI Product Owner UX UI

What will the day-to-day look like?

You will lead the discovery and definition of AI-powered products aligned with business and user needs.

You will define and manage the backlog, roadmap, and user stories, aligning them with business goals.

You will collaborate with UX/UI teams to design intuitive and engaging experiences.

You will conduct user research, usability testing, and market and competitor analysis to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities.

You will work closely with AI/ML teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

You will take part in demos and retrospectives, helping to drive continuous improvement.

You will track product performance, user adoption, and impact through quantitative and qualitative metrics.

You will test, learn, and iterate continuously based on feedback, data, and market trends.

Valuable background

Proven experience in product leadership, ideally in AI, digital products, or complex technology environments.

Strong understanding of AI/ML and generative AI concepts, including prompt engineering and LLMs, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Experience working with UX/UI teams or a design background, with a strong user-centred perspective on usability and research.

Experience in agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe, including backlog management and PI Planning.

Ability to align and influence stakeholders across business, design, and engineering.
