What will the day-to-day look like?
You will support Programme Managers with governance, reporting, and decision tracking across transformation projects related to the airline sector.
You will ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and PMO best practices.
You will track progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, sharing regular updates with stakeholders and workstream leads.
You will maintain programme documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, roadmaps, status reports, and schedules.
You will coordinate change control processes to ensure alignment with scope, budget, and strategic goals.
You will support project teams with collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Mural.
You will build strong relationships with key business and technology stakeholders.
You will also provide PMO administrative support for POs, travel, onboarding and offboarding, and programme event logistics.
You will contribute to Data & AI and digital transformation initiatives in the airline and aviation environment.
Valuable background
More than 3 years of experience in PMO or project management roles.
Experience supporting business transformation or digital projects, ideally in airlines or aviation.
Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Mural.
PMP certification will be a plus.
