Key responsibilities
You will act as the AMOS reference point for maintenance, engineering, and operational processes, supporting delivery teams.
You will work hands-on on AMOS configuration, setup, and evolution, aligned with group standards.
You will advise on when to configure and when to customise the solution.
You will support AMOS modules such as Line Maintenance, Work Packages, Defects, Planning, Qualifications, and Materials where applicable.
You will translate operational requirements into clear AMOS solutions, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
You will take part in sprint planning, reviews, and PI events, contributing expert knowledge.
You will support UAT, incident handling, and production readiness activities.
You will facilitate the transition of AMOS changes into BAU operations, ensuring stability and usability.
You will be an escalation point for complex incidents or functional issues related to AMOS.
You will work with support partners and vendors such as Swiss-AS or integrators to solve issues efficiently.
You will contribute to service documentation, runbooks, and support models, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with AMOS in airline or MRO environments.
Good understanding of Maintenance & Engineering operational processes.
Experience supporting AMOS in live production environments.
Ability to work across delivery, BAU, and transformation contexts.
Comfortable working with Agile or SAFe frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
Fluent English.
