Business Analyst
We are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-driven products, from discovery and strategy to delivery and continuous improvement. The role involves defining product vision and roadmaps, identifying customer needs through research and data analysis, and collaborating closely with AI engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions that create business value. The ideal candidate has a strong background in AI, machine learning, or data science products, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience using data and user feedback to drive product decisions. Experience in aviation, travel, operations, or optimization-focused products is highly valued.

Key responsibilities:
• Lead the discovery, design, development, and deployment of AI products that solve real-world problems and create value for the customers and the business.
• Collaborate with the AI Product Lead to define the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, whilst also understanding the needs of ‘Customer 2’ in the next Operating company
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, user research, and data analysis to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities.
• Define and prioritize the product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and communicate them clearly and effectively to the AI engineering team.
• Manage the product development process, from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring that the AI products meet the quality standards, user expectations, and business goals.
• Monitor and measure the performance and impact of the AI products, using quantitative and qualitative metrics, and provide feedback and insights to the AI engineering team and the business team.
• Continuously test, learn, and iterate on the AI products, based on user feedback, data, and market trends.
• Advocate for the best practices and ethical principles of AI product development
Qualifications & Experience
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, in AI, machine learning, or data science domains.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of AI, machine learning, and data science concepts, techniques, and tools.
• Proven track record of delivering successful Customer AI products that solve real-world problems and create value for the customers and the business.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and user feedback to drive product decisions.
• Creative, innovative, and customer-oriented mindset, with the passion and curiosity to explore new ideas and technologies.
• Experience in co- creating optimizers, data and insights or ground communications
• A Minimum of 3 - 7 years experience, preferably in the Aviation or Travel industry, within the operations domain specifically around on time performance, maintenance and network planning.
• Experience of building re-usable products that can be built for operating company 1, whilst moving to second customer.
• English fluency
