Continuous Improvement Lead

What you’ll do

Process Discovery, Mining & Assessment:

● Partner with process owners to map current-state vs. future-state and derive Process Mining requirements, signals and conformance checks (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining).

● Run value workshops using process and task mining insights to identify bottlenecks, root causes and automation candidates; quantify value (AHT, STP rate, leakage avoidance, CX/NPS).

● Evaluate feasibility across RPA, GenAI (LLM-based augmentation) and Agentic AI (autonomous orchestration) considering exceptions, data quality, integration points and controls.

Solution Design & Business Case:

● Co-create High level solution options and delivery roadmaps with Automation Architects and Product/Engineering teams; shape MVP scope and iterations.

● Produce business cases (cost to build/run, benefits, payback, sensitivity), including regulatory and risk considerations (e.g., audit trails, explainability, PII/PCI controls).

● Formulate improvement actions and policy/guardrail updates to increase straight-through processing (STP) and reduce exceptions.

● Partner with ITBPs and data/platform teams to secure access to SAP and other source systems, PSS/CRM/NDC where relevant, and ensure performance/reliability at scale.

Qualifications & Experience

● Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.

● 6+ years total in business analysis/continuous improvement/digital transformation; 3+ years hands-on Process Mining/Task Mining (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Power Automate Process Advisor, etc.).

● Proven experience with RPA (e.g., UiPath, MS Power Automate), exposure to GenAI platforms (OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic) and understanding of Agentic AI orchestration (e.g., Copilot Studio).

● Demonstrated experience building business cases and leading cross-functional discovery to execution in large, multi-national environments.

● Strong command of Jira/Confluence (or similar) and process modelling tools (Visio, Mural, BPMN).

● Certifications (preferred): Celonis or UiPath Process Mining, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), UiPath/Power Automate; PRINCE2/PMP is a plus.

● Experience in aviation/travel or large-scale finance/procurement transformation is highly desirable.

● Automation fluency: when to use RPA vs. GenAI vs. Agentic orchestration; risk/controls; human-in-the-loop design.

● Business acumen: end-to-end process thinking (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Customer Servicing).

● Stakeholder leadership: influence at senior levels, manage competing priorities, and align OpCo needs.

● Communication: crisp storytelling using data; executive-ready decks; run value workshops and show-and-tells.
