Digital Analyst – Traffic Acquisition

The Digital Analyst – Traffic Acquisition is responsible for analyzing digital performance data to generate actionable insights that optimize traffic acquisition, marketing investment, and user experience. The role focuses on reporting, dashboarding, and experimentation analysis to support data-driven decision-making across digital channels and touchpoints, working closely with performance marketing and eCommerce teams to drive continuous improvement and growth.

What will the day-to-day look like? 

- Conducting analysis and creating actionable insights using digital data and internal tools. 

- Creating reports and reviewing metrics to identify areas of continuous improvement initiatives throughout our digital touchpoints and traffic channels. 

- Analyzing traffic acquisition performance and working with the performance team to influence marketing allocation. 

- Analyzing digital user experience across traffic acquisition landing pages to better understand user interaction and provide insights to ecommerce team. 

- Creating dashboards leveraging new and existing data sources that will be used to drive team goals, and next steps. 

- Reviewing and summarizing A/B testing results to enhance upper funnel goals and improve the Customer’s digital experience.

- Ad hoc requests and addressing stakeholder needs in a data-driven way. 


Skills:

- Level of experience: Min 2 years of experience in digital analytics, GA4/BQ SQL/Python/Tableau experience preferred. 

- English: B2/C1 - Strong proficiency with data analytics and analyzing large datasets to produce actionable insights for digital platforms and identify performance gaps.

 - Experience with digital analytics tools: GA4, Adobe or Quantum Metrics. 

- Experience with dashboards and visualization tools—Tableau, Looker preferred.

- Strong understanding of SQL for querying, managing and analyzing large datasets. 

- Experience with scripting languages like Python or R (a plus). 

- Familiarity with AB testing in the context of online sales. 

- Self-starter and able to proactively reach out to and collaborate with all levels.
