What will be your purpose?

You will be leading one of our Product teams within one or more domains across our Data & AI area, driving agile transformation and bringing innovative data and artificial intelligence initiatives to life. You will do this by role modelling and embedding agile ways of working, fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, and applying SAFe as the overarching framework to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog for one or more Data & AI products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.

• Prepare and actively contribute to Programme Increment (PI) Planning events, helping shape the vision, roadmap, and delivery priorities across Data & AI initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Architects, and business stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and capabilities.

• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements that enable the successful delivery of Data & AI solutions.

• Support backlog refinement activities and facilitate story definition, ensuring teams have the context required for accurate estimation and planning.

• Prioritize and continuously refine backlog items based on business value, customer impact, technical dependencies, risk, and delivery timelines.

• Work with Agile teams to define and achieve Programme Increment objectives and product outcomes.

• Ensure delivered functionality meets acceptance criteria, quality standards, and the agreed Definition of Done (DoD).

• Facilitate communication and alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams, balancing business priorities with technical feasibility.

• Collaborate with Data & AI teams to define use cases, success metrics, model adoption strategies, and measurable business outcomes.

• Support the development of AI-powered products, machine learning capabilities, analytics solutions, and data-driven initiatives across the organization.

• Coordinate dependencies across multiple teams within the Agile Release Train (ART), proactively identifying and mitigating delivery risks.

• Participate in sprint reviews, product demonstrations, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies to drive continuous improvement.

• Promote data-driven decision-making by leveraging product metrics, user feedback, and business insights.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality, delivery efficiency, and overall value creation.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with Data, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Understanding of Data & AI platforms, data products, MLOps, or AI product lifecycle management.

• Experience defining KPIs, product metrics, and value realization frameworks for digital or AI-driven products.

• Familiarity with cloud-based Data & AI ecosystems on AWS and/or Azure.

• Previous experience working within SAFe environments and Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
