What will the day-to-day look like?

· Analyze raw PNR, ticket, and ancillary transaction data to reconstruct the full booking lifecycle and investigate revenue leakage, pricing anomalies, missing charges, waivers, discounts, and fraud. 

· Reconstruct historical booking behavior using event-level data to explain what happened, why it happened, where controls failed, and quantify financial impact. 

· Write high-performance SQL on raw and semi-structured datasets to support investigations, recurring analysis, and anomaly detection (e.g., inconsistent pricing, duplicate PNR behavior, rule violations). 

· Validate and reconcile data across multiple sources to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and auditability. · Build reusable analytical datasets, views, and logic to support ongoing Revenue Integrity monitoring. 

· Use Databricks to develop analytical notebooks, automated checks, alerts, and KPI monitoring to proactively identify revenue leakage and system issues. 

· Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards to track leakage trends, root causes, and recovery actions, including migration from legacy tools to the Commercial Data Platform and Tableau-based reporting.

· Define, document, and standardize Revenue Integrity metrics, business logic, and assumptions, act as a data quality gatekeeper and support audit processes with transparent, reproducible analysis.

Background & Skills 

· 3–6+ years of experience in data analytics, Revenue Integrity, Revenue Management, or commercial analytics (airline · Advanced SQL (CTEs, window functions, complex joins, performance optimization). 

· Databricks (SQL, notebooks, jobs, alerts). 

· Advanced Tableau experience (dashboard design, calculated fields, parameters, certified data sources). · Working with raw, event-level transactional data. 

· Data validation, reconciliation, and anomaly detection techniques.

· Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and data sources to support Revenue Integrity monitoring, investigations, and executive reporting. 

· Develop certified Tableau datasets with clear, well-documented business logic to ensure consistent interpretation of Revenue Integrity KPIs.

· Design dashboards that support both deep-dive investigation and high-level monitoring (alerts, trends, exception reporting). 

· Translate complex SQL logic and findings into clear visual stories for non-technical stakeholders. 

· Design metrics and KPIs that support ongoing control, prevention, and transparency.
