Senior Security Specialist

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Internal and external projects: You will lead end-to-end projects both for corporate clients and for several internal Aktios initiatives to ensure the strength of our own infrastructure.

• Technical execution: You will carry out security audits and pentesting exercises (web, network, and infrastructure) to identify critical vulnerabilities.

• Offensive and defensive operations: You will lead Red Team simulations and strengthen Blue Team detection capabilities.

• Compliance and GRC: You will support the design of control frameworks and incident response processes.

• Mentoring: You will guide junior profiles and define technical working methodologies.

What are we looking for?

• Experience: More than 5 years in cybersecurity, with a focus on pentesting and red team and blue team environments.

• Skills: Ability to manage reports and adapt to multidisciplinary environments.

• Vision: Ability to lead information security as a strategic driver for the company.
