We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to support the development, validation, and communication of our AI and analytics products. As a Business Analyst at an important project in aviation industry, you will work closely with product teams, stakeholders, and data scientists to understand business needs, define success criteria, and support the development and validation of AI model outputs. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that the solutions we develop are aligned with operational goals and deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities:

· Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

· Validate AI/ML model outputs and ensure alignment with real-world performance.

· Conduct financial analysis, including business case development and ROI tracking.

· Collaborate with data teams to explore data, define KPIs, and support insights.

· Communicate findings through presentations and reports for both technical and business audiences.

· Support agile delivery through sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user story definition.

Qualifications: & Experience

· 3+ years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or data-driven roles.

· Strong analytical skills and basic proficiency with Excel or financial modeling.

· Experience with AI/ML or data-centric products.

· Ability to translate technical outputs into business insights.

· Strong communication skills and familiarity with agile methodologies.

· Background in airline, logistics, or operations—especially Airline Heavy Maintenance.

· Nice to Have: Familiarity with basic statistics or model evaluation metrics, experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, and exposure to Python, SQL, or Jupyter Notebooks for data validation and exploration.
