● Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, communicating confidently, following up persistently and ensuring actions, decisions and commitments are progressed through to completion.
● Coordinate programme governance, including preparing agendas and packs, capturing decisions and actions, maintaining trackers and escalating delays or risks where appropriate.
● Collect, validate and organise programme information, using data to produce clear reports, presentations and insights for senior audiences.
● Maintain accurate programme documentation, plans, actions, risks, issues and dependencies, supporting consistent delivery standards and controls.
● Support commercial and supplier management activities, including coordinating supplier information, processing Statements of Work and purchase orders, tracking approvals and spending, and following up to ensure activities are completed accurately and on time.
● Support agile delivery routines and ways of working, helping teams coordinate priorities, ceremonies, dependencies and follow-up actions.
● Provide diary and travel management support, coordinating meetings, workshops, programme events, visitor arrangements and logistics.
● Support the onboarding and offboarding of programme resources, ensuring activities are completed smoothly and on time.
● Use initiative to anticipate needs, identify gaps and take ownership of tasks or improvements without waiting to be asked.

● Exceptional organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail, with a consistent track record of seeing tasks through to completion.
● A proactive, self-starting approach, with the initiative to anticipate requirements, spot issues or opportunities and take appropriate action.
● Good understanding of agile delivery methods and experience supporting agile teams, ceremonies or delivery routines.
