DÍA A DÍA
Ensure successful delivery of business change projects within scope, budget, timeline, and governance framework.
Develop project plans, monitor progress, and manage risks, dependencies, and issues.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across various departments.
Lead and motivate project teams, defining clear responsibilities and fostering strong virtual teams.
Manage project communications, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure that change control is managed tightly, manage and tracks change requests according to agreed processes.
Own all project administration and documentation, including plans.
BACKGROUND
Ability to manage projects in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with tight deadlines and conflicting priorities.
5+ years of experience leading business transformation projects, including finance processes and IT system implementation.
Expertise in defining and delivering transformation projects involving people, processes, systems, and service transitions.
Understanding of IT project life cycles and integrating technology improvements with business changes.
Strong planning, organization, and forecasting skills to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery within governance frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across functions, levels, and cultures.
Proven ability to lead project teams, collaborate with subject matter experts, and manage virtual teams without direct authority.
Knowledge of project management tools and systems (i.e. MS Project, Jira)
University degree, ideally with an analytical focus
A project management qualification (e.g. PMP, Prince2) would be an asset.
Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.
Requirement to work minimum of 3 days a week from the office or more depending on project and stakeholder requirements.
Willingness to regularly travel, predominantly to Madrid but also the UK and Poland.
