Project Manager - Specializing in Customer Data Platform (CDP)
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing management of our Customer Data Platform (CDP) within the E-commerce team. This role is essential in ensuring we effectively capture, integrate, and activate customer data across multiple touchpoints to enhance personalization, segmentation, and marketing automation. We have a strong preference for someone who has worked with a CDP previously, particularly with Tealium or Twilio.

DÍA A DÍA
o Work cross-functionally with IT, commercial/customer stakeholder teams, and external vendors to ensure the CDP is successfully integrated into our digital ecosystem.
o Define and manage the CDP project roadmap, defining use cases and ensuring alignment with key stakeholders to maximize the CDP impact on customer and commercial objectives.
o Oversee data ingestion from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, governance, and compliance.
o Enable real-time customer insights and predictive analytics, while defining and tracking key KPIs to measure the effectiveness of data-driven strategies.
o Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders and senior leadership.
BACKGROUND
- 2-4 years of experience in project management, digital product management, CRM, or marketing technology within e-commerce.
- Hands on experience with Customer Data Platforms, such as Twilio Segment, Tealium or a similar CDP.
- Strong project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management and
ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Language: English C1, Spanish fluent, Catalan a plus.
