Key Responsibilities:

· Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and Workday APIs.

· Manage the lifecycle of Workday integrations, including enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

· Ensure integrations align with business processes, data governance, and enterprise architecture standards.

· Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. HR, Payroll, Finance, IT Security) to understand integration requirements and provide technical solutions.

· Coordinate with third-party vendors and external systems to manage file-based and API-based integrations.

· Monitor integration schedules and logs, proactively resolving issues and identifying areas for optimisation.

· Document integration architecture, technical designs, and support procedures to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.

· Support change management processes including impact assessments, testing, and deployment coordination for Workday updates and releases.

· Ensure all integrations adhere to data security, privacy, and compliance requirements (e.g. GDPR, SOX).

Skills and Experience

· Essential: Proven experience in Workday integration development and support, including Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.

· Strong understanding of Workday data models, security architecture, and business process framework.

· Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, and secure file transfer protocols.

· Solid understanding of system integration best practices and patterns.

· Experience in working across cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and third-party vendors.

· Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Qualifications Desirable:

· Experience with Workday Extend or Workday Prism Analytics.

· Familiarity with IDAM related services and integrations

· Experience in Workday Payroll integrations.

· Background in enterprise environments or global Workday rollouts.
